• This is a free admission event. Please treat staff with respect and patience. Visitors who violate the rules may be denied entry into the event.

• Guest Artists’ merch can be purchased outside the hall at Level 7.

• Please do not loiter within the hall, you are welcome to wait outside.

• Any cases of theft will be handed over to the police to be dealt with

• Livestreaming and filming is allowed but please ensure you seek permission from the respective Creators.

• Please respect the hard work our Creators have put into their merchandise

• Please do not crowd around booths. If a booth is crowded, please come back later.

• Feel free to bring along some snacks and drinks for queuing but please kindly note that they are strictly prohibited within the Multi Purpose Hall.

• Cosplay is allowed but please ensure your cosplay is safe for work and family friendly (no revealing cosplays, realistic/sharp weapon props, military cosplay). If you are unsure please feel free to drop us a message/email.
